Group sessions
We facilitate meaningful groups
Our virtual group sessions allow you to learn new skills and connect with others
Mindfulness groups
Life doesn’t stop being unpredictable — but your relationship to it can change.
In these mindfulness-based sessions, you’ll learn practical skills to respond to stress, uncertainty, and strong emotions with greater steadiness and clarity. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, mindfulness helps you build awareness, emotional regulation, and psychological flexibility. Over time, these skills can strengthen resilience, reduce reactivity, and support a greater sense of presence in your work, relationships, and daily life.
Programs range from a focused one-day workshop to an 8-session series offered over two months, allowing you to choose a format that fits your schedule and goals. Mindfulness sessions are offered throughout the year.
Disability-related groups
Living with disability or chronic illness — or supporting someone who does — can be deeply meaningful, but also isolating and exhausting. These groups offer a space to connect with others who understand the realities of navigating medical systems, accessibility barriers, shifting identities, and caregiver strain.
Whether you are disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, or caring for someone who is, the group provides an opportunity to share experiences, exchange practical support, and feel less alone in challenges that are often misunderstood.
Each group runs for 8 sessions over two months, allowing time to build trust, community, and continuity. We offer a range of disability- and caregiver-focused groups throughout the year.
